  My GSD loves coming to MAI. As we round the corner, she starts getting antsy and can’t wait to get out of the car. The employees love what they do and it shows on how they treat and respect all the dog's. I know when I drop my GSD off she’s going to have a great day at daycare. I see it in her eyes when I pick her up and she starts gabering. It’s like she’s telling me all the fun she’s had. If you need a place for daycare or boarding, I highly recommend MAI in Warren. You and your pet will not be disappointed.

  Morris was so welcoming and understanding of my very nervous dog. The techs were kind and helpful and made him feel comfortable. They communicated throughout the day about how Chase was doing. I will definitely go back.

  Update: Recovery from this incident from customer service was good and felt genuine. Updated from 1 star to 3 stars. Our second experience with this place was a disaster. We have a specific feeding protocol for our dog and it was not followed. We received a piece of tape on items of our dog for her food with DNU - Which I would imagine implies “did not use” or “do not use”. So the staff ignored our feeding protocol. The Kong that we gave them came back bone dry and clearly unused. The peanut butter jar was untouched. The treats we gave the staff to give our dog were barely used, if at all used. The worst part - the individual checking us in at the front desk assured us this would not be an issue. Additionally, I signed up for daily updates on my dog while away for four days. I only got one days worth of an update. My dog came back so thirsty She nearly drank her entire bowl of water when she got home. My dog also came back smelling like pee. I assume she peed her crate and laid in it, which is unfortunately something that can happen and I don’t blame the border for this. However, for spending nearly $700, I think it’s reasonable to expect my dog to be wiped down at the very minimum with dog wipes so she doesn’t return to the owners smelling like pee. I’m not paying for a cheap border- I’m paying for an expensive border and I believe it is reasonable to have an expectation of white glove service for the amount I paid. The most concerning part is our feeding protocol for our dog was ignored after assurances it would be followed and confirmation from front desk staff it would followed.

  Five Stars! A Home Away From Home for Our Pup! We’ve been bringing our pup to Morris Animal Inn in Warren, NJ, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience…and more importantly, neither could he! From the moment we pull into the parking lot, his tail starts wagging and he can hardly wait to get inside. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are so warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. He especially loves the one-on-one time with the amazing trainers, and the Fun-gility activities have been a total hit. It’s so nice knowing he’s not only having fun but also staying active and mentally engaged during the day. A special shoutout to Meghan (we think he might have a little crush on you 🤫), Kelsey, as well Rachel, Dylan, and all the other incredible staff. You all make his days so special! When it’s time to go home, he always hesitates, making a few trips back for “just one more” pet or hug. That kind of affection speaks volumes. it is so clear he feels safe, happy, and deeply cared for. Morris Animal Inn has become a second home for our fur baby, and we’re so grateful to have found a place where he’s treated like family. Highly, highly recommend!
