  This place is fantastic. I have been boarding my cats for the past few years. The staff is very attentive and truly do love the animals. They respond rather quickly to text updates which I appreciate and can always accommodate my cats.

  Thanks to Morris Animal Hospital for a clean and pleasant place tp bring my Dog. It seems the staff are all fond and kind to Dogs.Thanks for the support when something comes up and I need a safe to place to go. J.Kraus.

  I would be lost without this place! We take our standard poodle most anywhere we can. But when he can’t come along with us we lodge at the Montville location. Each time we walk through the door our dog runs in with total excitement. That tells me he gets all the love while lodging.

  We boarded our cat and dog and both were treated like royalty!! The caregivers seem to truly engage with each pet and get to know them. We picked them up and they both seemed very happy and healthy! MAI is by far the best place to board pets that I have ever experienced.

  My parents had to board our cat for 2 weeks. During that time our cat had 2 episodes that the staff notified us about. During the 1st episode I had to meet the staff at the Emergency Pet Hospital. Our cat was perfectly healthy, but during that time the Morris Inn member, Mary, was so wonderful. She sat with me throughout the entire situation, kept me calm and assured me that we’d deal with whatever we needed to. Turns out everything was OK. After that episode, we requested daily updates on our cat. The staff was so friendly, supportive, informative and warm. They provided us with regular, detailed updates. Towards the end of his stay he had a minor episode, the staff took him to the vet and he was seen immediately. We figured out what was going on and it was extremely proactive of Morris Animal Inn to react. I am so glad that our cat was well taken care of. The staff here is phenomenal. Thank you again for being such wonderful pet care givers.
