  I went there yesterday morning. There were 2 people working, a female behind the counter taking orders and a man making the food. They were rude taking my order and just generally unpleasant toward me like I was bothering them by coming in. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and bacon to go. When I unwrapped it there was no cream cheese. Its not like they were swamped and got my order wrong because I was the only person there. I won't be going back. Basic politeness doesn't seem like too much to expect.

  The lavender espresso latte is enough to earn the 5 stars, but the service was also exceptional. Everyone was so kind to my almost 2 year old daughter and it really made my day. I already told my husband I need to bring him here with us next time!
