    This company is a joke, all they are worried about is themselves. They make you rate them after you fill out the paperwork. But what they neglect to say is that they will send you to multiple care facilities. Waste your time. The case manager will provide 0 proper information about your case. I say this because everytime I was told something, I would ask the attorney, hey what happens next since we’re at this point. They’d ask who told me that information because it’s false and it was the case manager. I had asked to be switched to a different attorney and they switched to a different case manager. What do you know the same thing kept happening. They do not care about you and your well being. They just see you as a number and dollar signs. It’s absurd that when I asked again what do I need to do to go to another attorney, they put in the notes that they chose not to work with me when I had asked more then 3 times how I can fire them and move to a different attorney. They are a big group of unhelpful people. Mr Bove and his team need some proper training! There was no customer service skills. They would neglect to call me for weeks when their voicemail clearly states give them 24 hours. Those calls didn’t happen on Friday. If they had that’d be understandable if they didn’t reach out for a few days. The only time they actually reached out was when I said I had another case and ohhh boy were they happy to help. So ridiculous! If I could give 0 stars I would! They would ask for the same info multiple times after I had given it to them every time. No one likes to have to repeat themselves multiple times. They were very unprofessional! Only worried about the dollars they’d be making not actually providing a good service or helping people

    Be careful, check BBB & reviews. Horrible and do not recommend. Not trustworthy and do not communicate effectively. You'll do the work while they collect YOUR money. Please no wasteful apologetic reply from your generic AI. Thank you for showing us what BIG lawyers with too many commercials can do for a person after a year of time.

    My experience with Morgan & Morgan was very pleasant. My case manager, Kelcey, did an excellent job keeping me informed and up to date. Although they were ultimately unable to assist me due to a coverage issue, they investigated quickly and notified me right away, which made me feel like my time was respected. I would definitely consider Morgan & Morgan in the future

    Terrible experience. Started I may, told I had a solid case. Attorneys and case managers switched constantly. Got a call that they are too busy to take on my case since I didn’t have serious injuries. What a joke.

    The Staff was Very unprofessional and Not updated on the Morgan & Morgan video 1st time client Advised to watch and understand the attorney procedures... Hannah was Very disturbing and Unprofessional in her case Mgr. duties and responsibilities ' giving Me / Client insurance claim adjuster and claim advisor for insurance claim Adjuster and wanted Me / Client to verbally talk and communicate with the opposition insurance staff..Very disturbing and tainted the case...Unbelievable actions of Unprofessional case Mgr. work ethics, ijs ! Beware folks...
