  Came to Dr. Moores office as my current dentist was out of town for the week. Made an appointment as I had chipped some bonding off a tooth that was put on by my current dentist. My tooth did not look ugly to me or hurt, I just didn't want it to possibly chip any more over the next week waiting for my dentist to return. I was under the impression that the bonding was just going to be repaired or replaced, and assumed that was what was happening as the dentist ask the hygienist for the bonding material. However it seemed that there was alot of grinding being done, more than usual to bond a tooth. The tooth felt very weird to me after he was done, but I was never offered to look at it while in the office. When I got to my vehicle I looked in the mirror and I was mortified! I was left with a tiny piece of discolored tooth in my mouth! All of my old bonding was ground off along with most of the white filling that was in my tooth. So my tooth that didn't look that bad or hurt, now looks hideous and hurts, not to mention is sharp and irritating the inside of my cheek. I've had bonding repaired before and it always looked like a normal tooth...not here. If they would have told me that was their "fix" I would have ran out of the office and waited for my dentist to return. Now I have to walk around embarrassed to smile for 3 months while I wait to get a crown elsewhere.

  The staff at Moore dentistry is not only friendly, but also calming and reassuring. They also give zero hostility over the phone for scheduling. Russel Moore is gentle and personable. I can honestly say that I look forward to visiting these folks. Thank you for the caring touch - I HIGHLY recommend this establishment.

  I switched to Moore Dentistry and find their pratice to be outstanding! The hygenist Jennifer, was exceptional in her work ethic! Kudos! These days this is rare!!
