  Extensive service so it took a while for parts to come in and get done, but understandable. I had a rattle from behind the clutch cover and was adamant about checking the springs behind the clutch basket (primary driven gear) multiple times. Said there wasn't any springs and wanted to try a clutch kit first and that part alone was $700 and were no instructions to inspect behind the clutch basket for doing a clutch kit after i asked again about those springs. Still rattles, sounds the same. Was told it's a bit quieter and that it's normal, even though it didn't do that when I brought it. Took 2 seconds on Google to find that part and actual picture of the rear showing the springs. Not the computer systems blown apart PDF. Next time research to see if the customer actually knows what they're talking about. Some of us still work on our own stuff and bring it in when we don't have the time and/or knowledge of a certain service (valve clearances).

  I took my S1000rr to Moon Motorsports for transmission issues. The mechanic that worked on my bike did a brilliant job at diagnosing the issue, and did it in minimal amount of time. This kept the cost down and saved my bike from catastrophic failure. This is the second time I have taken my bike to Moon Motorsports and I am impressed with the quality of work they do. Moon Motorsports is my go to place for any work done on my motorcycle and always will be.

  Great experience getting my FE350s. Great prices and knowledgable sales and service staff. The bike came with a non-functioning speedometer that had gone unnoticed, but they drove an hour to me to pick it up, fix it in their shop, and brought it back to my door running perfectly, even with a fresh oil change included. Service above and beyond. Thanks

  I had a fantastic experience at Moon Motorsports ! The premises are clean, well-kept, and very welcoming. The entire staff was extremely helpful throughout the process, and I want to give a special shout-out to Parker, who went above and beyond in helping me choose the right model. What stood out the most was that there was absolutely no pressure—before or after the test ride. It felt like they truly cared about making sure I found the right fit rather than just making a sale. I’d definitely recommend Moon Sports to anyone looking for a new motorcycle or upgrading their current ride. Top-notch experience all around!

  Minnesota working, forth day on the job. Called Dan @ Moon Motosports 2013 Rocket Touring won't start. Bring it in, we will get you in. Thumb kill switch in open position, so the software says. Cleaned contacts, informed me of other software diagnosis. They were able to get me out within 2-hours for reasonable fee. Thx Dan Great shop, that's genuinely friendly...
