My Fiancé and I went in to get an idea on wedding rings. We didn’t end up finding anything we would purchase but Peggy was very kind and knowledgeable! :)

Absolutely awful! I got a $1000 gift card a few years ago as a gift. I had been planing on buying a 5K engagement ring for my girlfriend. I made a big deal about it and brought my girlfriends daughter with me to help pick it out. I unsealed the UNMARKED envelope and there was my gift card with an expiration date! The store wouldn’t do anything. Said they already “wrote it off” and offered me $30 off $1000 earrings 😡. How was I supposed to know there was an expiration date if it didn’t say it on the outer envelope! What an absolute joke! Don’t go to a company that won’t back up their own gift cards! I will never shop at Moody’s again.

They had my ring for five weeks. They told me it would be two weeks which I still thought was a bit long compared to other jewelers I’ve used. After two weeks I got the call it would be even longer. I didn’t have it for Mother’s Day, which was a hard day for me since I’ve just lost a baby. My husband asked for a discount for the long wait and inconvenience, they said no. The only reason I even went here was because it was on my way and I thought I would try a more local place, will not be going to this Moodys ever again. Disappointed.
