I had an amazing experience with Colleen and Elaine as my sales representatives. They worked with me closely and efficiently to ensure I got a beautiful and unique engagement ring for my fiancé.

Moody’s Jewelry repair is a joke! I went to both 51st/sheridan and 12/harvard to get a 22k bangle repaired only to be sent from one location to another and both said NO the bangle could not be repaired. But I took it to Abby’s jewelry and they not only repaired it but made it look brand new!! Couldn’t tell where the repairs were made. Will not waste my time at Moodys again.

I arrived to get an appraisal on a newly acquired heirloom. I was refused service for not visibly arriving in a vehicle. No other reason. It was suggested that I adhere to their policy of their right to refuse service to anyone without explanation. As a potential client, it still felt dismissive and prejudiced as the means of my arrival had little to nothing to do with my reason for visiting the establishment. So, beware, at Moody's your ability to conduct business as a legitimate customer depends on your mode of transportation. That's a great way to segregate clientele based solely upon visual perceptions of worth though, so if that was the intent, mission accomplished. However, I was left disgruntled and demeaned by the experience, personally.

Moody’s Jewelry has been part of Tulsa since 1944, when Ernest Moody Sr. opened a small watch repair shop that grew into a trusted name across the city. The location on South Harvard still lights up with its original neon sign, a red panel and three blue stars glowing above the sidewalk. It’s the kind of sign you don’t see much anymore, carefully maintained, still doing its job. The storefront reflects a time when detail mattered, and businesses stayed put long enough to become part of the street.
