- VKV KOct 1, 20255.0I went to the Lewis location today. Jim was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He provided excellent service…highly recommend!
- GSGina StewartAug 19, 20251.0I came in to get batteries changed in 2 watches. I was not met with a very welcoming attitude and was told it would cost $50 and I would have to leave the watches and come back another day to pick up. $50 for 2 BATTERIES. I was told that the cost of batteries had increased drastically. That is ridiculous. Needless to say, I did not leave the watches. I bought 3 batteries and a watch repair kit for $22 and have changed the batteries in 3 watches myself which took all of about 10 minutes. I understand that Moody's is a jewelry store and not a jewelry repair shop, but overcharging customers that much for watch batteries is not admirable.
