  I had Katie as my attorney for a family matter case involving my daughter. Katie was very responsive the entire way, kept me up-to-date with everything I needed to know, in addition to being very well educated as an attorney. I trusted her judgement and went with what she suggested-which in the end was a very positive outcome. Katie is a very honest/upfront attorney that will tell it how it is. This was a huge win for myself and my family. I highly recommend Katie as anyone’s attorney for family matters!

  Katie Montgomery represented me in a visitation case regarding my daughter and was absolutely amazing! She’s very skilled and incredibly kind, with excellent communication throughout the entire process. She is a no nonsense person and will be honest about expectations and potential outcomes. No BS just to make a dollar unlike some attorneys out there. This was an Incredibly difficult situation for me and I felt so secure and supported with her by my side. Cannot speak highly enough about my experience with her, HIGHLY recommend!!

  Katie Montgomery is an amazing attorney! She is a very professional, experienced and intelligent woman. She helped me feel at ease throughout the entire process. The best part about her is she’s such an honest attorney that doesn’t keep you hoping for something if she doesn’t see it working out. She will always let you know her honest opinion ahead of time that way your not being let down on the big day! I loved working with her so much!
