  Such a fun place to stop. The building is so cool. Super nice inside - lots of fun delicious treats to chose from. Can't go wrong.

  I contacted this bakery to order a cake with a promised delivery by tomorrow. Initially, a staff member confirmed the order could be fulfilled. However, I was then transferred to an individual who identified herself as the manager. She was unprofessional, immediately accusing me of leaving a negative Google review, despite my never having interacted with her or reviewed the business. She then contradicted the initial assurance, stating they could not make the cake without providing a clear explanation, and claimed they were unable to produce any custom cakes—though my order was not custom. When I sought clarification, she became agitated and dismissive. This poor customer service experience reflects ongoing issues that may deter customers. I hope the owner addresses this matter to improve management and service quality.

  Amazing variety, great service, my kids love all the cookies and attention to detail. Very wholesome and welcoming atmosphere as well

  Ordered a $50 Italian cream cake and was not impressed. The flavor was good and the service was proper, however the cake wasn't moist at all. The cake was falling apart as we tried to cut it up and serve. Very crumbly, dry and most people struggled to finish eating it. I expected better for half a benjamin. I won't be back, personally.
