  Our 22 yr old daughter was stranded at LAX after a nightmare flight (5 hour flight delay, traveling with a pet, and then trapped on the tarmac for 3 hours! Thanks Delta!!!) She landed at 3:00 a.m. alone in LA. We called Mont Blac not having ever heard of them and very worried about our daughter. They advertised open 24/7. (We had called about 15 companies, all of whom advertise 24/7 but they really aren't). Jennifer at Mont Blac answered the call, was very reassuring and found a driver to pick up. She kept us informed of the drivers location, the driver Giuseppe arrived quickly and communicated with my daughter for pickup. It was such a relief to know she was in a car and safe. I strongly recommend Mont Blac and have added them to my contacts. When I am in LA next and need a car service, I will definitely us them.
