This whole process seems too good to be true but Monster Roofing has now done all of my friends roofs in town for just their deductible out of pocket at this point. He did what he said he would do and worked with my insurance company from start to finish. Before the roof replacement Dave came out to our home and explained everything when we picked our shingle color out. Cannot reccomend them enough what a great group of people and company. John did more for us than I could have imagined. Super easy to work with. Thanks again!
- RRrichardSep 24, 20255.0I live in Poughkeepsie, NY and I have known John Bluteau for years now. I’m not going to lie I thought the process he presented to me was not real or at least highly unlikely to happen. He is a good and honest dude so I do trust him. He checked out my roof for free to make sure it was a good candidate before moving forward. I actually had wind and hail damages present with a storm that did occur during my policy term that I was not aware of. We reported the damages to Travelers and John met the adjuster to go over the roof. All of this was at no charge to me. The adjuster tried to say it was natural wear and tear originally but John politely showed him it was indeed hail damages with proof of the storm occurring as well. A week later my roof and interior damages were fully covered by Travelers. I now have a brand new roof and painted ceiling thanks to John from Monster Roofing. My out of pocket cost was literally only my deductible. Never thought this was possible! Thank You again John Bluteau and Monster Roofing for your help, if you have old roof or leaks definitely give them a call !!!

Not only did they do a hell of a job, they stuck with me every step of the way from calling home insurance, meeting the adjusters,and making sure everything was approved. I was so close to getting a home equity loan when someone referred them to me. A $20,000 roof was completed for $1000! . Thanks again guys you’re the best.

The roofers were efficient and neat in their work and left everything clean after themselves. They did the roof in one day and even did some ancillary things that weren't part of the job. Gutters that were damaged were replaced and gutter guards included in the job. I can't recommend this company more. Excellent in every aspect.
