  It was an emergency repair but a 200 to 300% markup on a wheel bearing is ridiculous. Glad it's fixed but I won't be coming here again.

  Job is fine when they do it, but when they don’t feel like it you and your car will suffer. Right before I graduated I took my car to the place and told the gentleman at the desk my brakes are feeling unsafe and the car doesn’t move like it used to. However, I did not have the money so I needed an estimate to take to my school to request emergency funds. They looked at it and told me the brakes were fine, and the guy at the front shrugged. Cut to a few months later of driving in fear of my car not stopping and having to replenish the brake fluid. I finally have money and some time off work, I take the car in. The front brakes that I complained about were in-fact in really bad condition. The back pads were stuck to the rotors, which is likely why the car wasn’t moving. All of that would’ve been fine, because at least I’ll finally have it fixed. But while these other guys were fixing it they saw that my rear calipers had been leaking fluid which would cause my brakes to feel soft as it had been. The entire rear assembly was done at this shop and I cannot even be certain he checked them when I last brought the car in. Okay, warranty still in place so I drive one hour to this shop to have the calipers replaced, to their credit they honored that. Unsurprisingly, after the caliper was replaced the brakes no longer felt soft. The thing that really sucked is that there was no apology offered for not catching this. You can try to argue wear and tear, but I've driven cars with bad brakes and suspensions, so when I said my brakes felt unsafe I meant it. This was a danger to me and others on the road. I wanted to replace it and was not expecting it to be done for free...just an estimate so I could get help. To be clear, I never had an issue with this place so long as it didn't seem to them I couldn't pay. Finally, they flushed the brake system that was already flushed that morning and charged me for it...despite me telling them to call the other shop to talk to the mechanic there. I would give zero stars if I could.

  We were passing through on our way to Michigan and needed assurance about a tire and they gladly assisted us. We didn't have to worry about being taken advantage of for something we didn't need.

  Soon as I said I had a Groupon I felt the bad energy lol. Went in for alignment and tire balance they came up with all kind of stuff I needed fixed. Told them I’ll come get my car went 2 miles up the road and was told I just needed three tires lol spent $200 car fixed they tired to change me $700
