  They overcharge, under work, and act like they’re doing you a favor. I went in for an oil change, they didn’t tell me that they changed the type of oil which doubled the price. And most of all my car went in with a working radiator and left with it absolutely shot. I will never go back to this or any other monro and I encourage everyone to skip this place especially.

  Good place, fast appointments within hour of calling. Got my tire replaced and balanced only for $45 with tax. Highly recommended less than half hour for one tire 255/50R20.

  I went the Wolcott Road store in Waterbury to get my wiper blades replaced and get an estimate on a bigger project. The assistant manager at this store was incredibly helpful. He was handling several things at once but he managed it easily. He was also thoughtful and polite to me. I appreciated it. I will return to this store for future work simply for the way I was treated by this employee.

  Every single person I came in contact with was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, everyone was helpful, professional, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. As a woman, I sometimes get nervous about being taken advantage of at auto shops, but that was not the case here at all. I felt respected, informed, and never pressured. They gave me honest options without pushing unnecessary services, and everything was done in a timely manner. I truly appreciate the transparency and customer service—I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Kevin and his colleagues stayed past closing to complete our brake job. They detected noise during test drive and had us bring car back next day to rectify problem. Excellent service.
