  Was passing thru Toledo on a 3k mile drive and had a rattle in my car and needed to get back on the road to continue my journey - they got me in first thing in the morning - got my issue fixed right away and had me back on the road by 9:30 so I could do the next 1200 miles of my trip. Amazing staff - amazing service - great care and attention and really appreciated their help in getting me moving quickly and back on my journey. Thanks for everything

  Left vehicle for Headlamp assembly replacement estimate, Oil Change and Tire Patch at 1pm. Didn’t get the vehicle until after close (near 9pm) and waited in the office nearly 2 hrs after recommended arrival time. In addition, the shop wrote an estimate for a headlamp assembly replacement which was $450 for 2.5 hrs of labor. Had a collision place do the replacement for $125 in less than 1 hr. Quite unfair pricing imo. FINALLY, tire patch was put on, and I was lied to. They stated that the puncture was in a location that would require me to replace the tire. Claimed the patch would give out in 3 days, and was dangerous to drive on. It’s now been over a month and no issues. I just think they wanted to sell me a tire, and were fear-mongering.
