  I have been going to Monroe for a few years now. I am always impressed by the professionalism and honesty of the staff.

  The call center makes it very difficult to make appointments here. I had made an appointment for 10am the manager of the store had no clue about the appointment and they did not have an inspector on staff that day due to them being on vaction. Manager also told me their inspection machine was down. Manager was extremely helpful in helping me find somewhere else I could go due to the mix up. Overall the store employees are friendly and helpful but the call center ruined the experience.

  Went there to get my tires balanced. They put my truck on a lift with ramps that you drive onto (meaning the truck still sat on the tires while on the lift). It sat there for 2 hours raised up so the center caps on the rims were about eye level. I never saw a tire come off. To get one off, they would have had to put a jack on the lift and jack the truck up enough to get the tire off the lift. Then they did a test drive, and charged me $120 for a rotation and balance. Not only did I not ask for rotation, but my tires were not rotated, as the one tire that has a plug in it is still in the same spot, but they didn't balance anything, unless there is a new way of doing it that doesn't require removing the wheels from the truck or removing any of the old weights. However, they did get thick grease and grime on my door, door handles, steering wheel, and shift lever. I tried to get a refund but they will only reschedule for an inspection so they can check whether it was done correctly. Them. The ones that charged me for work they didn't do, are going to inspect whether they did the work. $120 lesson learned. Never ever again.

  Unprofessional and discriminatory practices, and manager with no automotive knowledge. Definitely needs a personal course on relearning how to work with the public as he is not well informed at all. Last month I had filed a report with EEOC. I'm actually suprised this monore wasnt on the list to be shut down with the others.
