  Went in for an oil change and during their inspection they found a number of other things that needed to be fixed. Was skeptical at first but they walked me through each item with pictures of the broken part and measures to show what it should be out. When I wanted to decline some things that were non-urgent they did not pressure me at all. Very accommodating, very good on price, very good shop. Special shout out to the store manager Brandon and Justin for going above and beyond!

  Justin and the team did a wonderful job! Very nice and courteous, went above and beyond to get me back on the road! Definitely recommend!

  Dropped my car off @9:30am. Asked how long the job would take, he said give me 2.5 hours. 7 hours later I’m still waiting. Never again

  I paid an average price for an oil change but it was completed relatively fast. The manager was an excellent host, friendly and polite.

  Had trailer heading to Florida and I called everywhere no said yes went to Mr tire where Brandon from the colonie store the manager helped us get 4 tires and install for us in parking lot he was very kind and professional and said he was covering for another manager that was out the service was incredible and fast and him and technician Paul and Ali and hunter all work Together got us the road safety for are long trip thank you Monro for having great leadership with Brandon from the colonie store as he covered another store and was professional like it was his own
