  Went in right before close cause I got a flat down the road. They fixed me right up so I could get out of there. Thank God. I was an hour and a half away from home.

  Called to have a nail removed from my tire. Found out it is not repairable. Tech did not even look at the location of the nail just a photo I took but he did manage to leave grease on my door and steering wheel. Manager at the desk was short spoken rude and did not try to be accommodating. Did not even offer to seek me a new tire just sent me on my way. Another person came in and she was so upset when she left. He would not even look at the tire to tell her it is safe to drive home with kids in it. I will not return

  Kevin and staff got needed parts (tierod) and replaced and alignment completed in one day.

  I pulled in front with a nail in my front tire and asked if they could plug it. The manager said if it's not leaking don't worry about it. I ended up buying a kit and parking in a public area and doing it myself.

  I recently purchased a coupon from Groupon. I have to tell you this is the most terrible service I ever received lol… Actually, I didn’t receive it. They were not very nice about it and said that they no longer accepted the coupons and even though the difference was only $10, which I would not have had a big deal with, but they didn’t even offer to help me. I had an appointment and even though I kept getting reminders regarding it. They turned me down and said they don’t accept those anymore. They were rude, at the very best and suggested I go back to Groupon. I’m not telling you they wouldn’t even honor my coupon. They weren’t even nice or even tried to help me with it. I had a standing appointment and they just let me feel like an idiot. I would not recommend, not only for the fact that I already purchased the oil change, but they did nothing but send me out the door.
