Jay didn’t just go above and beyond — he went full superhero mode. I swear this man must moonlight as a NASCAR pit crew chief, a therapist, and possibly a wizard. He explained everything like I was getting briefed before a rocket launch. He’s under the hood faster than I can open TikTok, double-checking things I didn’t even know cars had. When I say he went above and beyond, I mean he checked my tire pressure, topped my fluids, and somehow fixed my trust issues all in one visit. If Monro ever gives out employee capes, Jay’s deserves to have “The GOAT” stitched on it in gold thread. 10/10 — would absolutely bring my car, my friends’ cars, and maybe my ex’s car (just to make her jealous of how good the service was).

It was a Sat and we thought we were stuck because nothing in town was open. Then we found Monroe. They had us in and fixed with a new thermostat in about an hours time. Excellent fast and friendly service!

When I got back to Mass I called Hanover store and they were more than helpful and got me in right away and Collin took care of the rotation super quick. Great service from those guys.

I check my oil color before and slightly dirty, and checked it after and only slightly cleaner like they topped it off. Additionally, I marked my tires before to see if they would rotate them and sure enough they didn’t. So overall spent $90 for a pint of oil and 2 hours wasted.
