  Fred was very friendly over the phone and in person when I needed my car inspected. The gentleman who did the inspection on my car was fast and polite. I would definitely recommend this establishment. Thank you!

  I needed a NYS inspection. I had stopped at your West Seneca location a few days prior. They were a bit too busy to get me in, but Dan had suggested I try the McKinley location. I have limited time before work everyday so I can't get out everyday, but the day I stopped they were able to inspect my car. The staff, at both locations, were not only friendly and helpful, but Dan even gave me some advice to make sure I don't over pay, wherever I ended up taking my car. I'm more than satisfied I stuck with the guys at Monro, so much so in fact I take my wife's car tomorrow. Monro is one of those places that seem to have been around forever, but if you're thinking that's a bad thing, I would say please, think again. These guys were great. They helped me in an urgent situation and did it professionally yet personally, taking time to ask about my specific circumstances. I can't stress enough how helpful they were, so please, go find out for yourself. You can thank me later.
