  Went here for years for both our cars. The managers and customer service was incredible. We know there has been changes in management and when we went in for four new tires to be installed on the SUV, they replaced one of them with a completely different tire and never once caught it. They even passed the car for STATE INSPECTION in the same visit even though the SUV had a completely different tire size on one of the wheels. It took us driving 65 on the highway and the AWD overheating alert to go off for us to know something was wrong. We brought the car back the day after install and explained the situation, the guy at the front desk seemed so unfazed by this mistake and offered no explanation or apology. Customer service is lacking. We will be going elsewhere moving forward and recommend the same for anyone getting a 4 wheel tire install delivered. Pick somewhere else where they install the correct tires on each wheel.
