  I had a great experience with this location. I have a chevy traverse and at times my car’s information display, I guess called the instrument panel will gray out or go black when I drive. I was searching for a solution and found out my display might need to be replaced which could cost a lot of money or a simple fix could mean a sensor replacement. My usual mechanic is so busy and I also tried to get an appointment with other shops. I was going out of town the day before I came to Monroe and thought I would have my alternator and battery checked in case my whole car was not powering correctly and Monroe got me in to check my car function and check my breaks. The bill was less than 30 bucks! Not bad for peace of mind! The guys there are so nice!

  2 weeks ago...oil change and recharge the AC took 3 hours. Lots of excuses as to why, but whatever. Today 4 tires and alignment took over 2.5 hours. Watched my car go up on the lift, tires come off, then not be touched for an hour. Seemed like nothing moved along until I expressed my displeasure. I even called the day before to confirm time and that the tires were ordered and ready. Another guy came in an hour after I did, got an inspection and was out the door in less than an hour. I made it clear for both appoints that I would be waiting for the car. Not sure if I will be a returning customer or not. Super disappointed, especially when I told them to pick the time, and even called to confirm it was still a good time.

  Called to get a tire put in after talking with some lady on the phone she connected me to the store to speak with the manager so that they can confirm wether or not the tires was in stock he asks me if I can drop it off because they are to busy I said I can’t then he hangs up very professional
