  Had an appointment for 11am Sept. 10, 2025. When I arrived for 11am, he said I would have a wait of 3 and 1/2 hours. I could wait or reschedule. I waited 1/2 hour.Then I thought this is nuts. Well I will never go back. This place sucks! Why did I even have an appoitment.

  6 days earlier I made a 10:00am appt for an inspection. I dropped off my truck and at 2:00pm they have not looked at it yet, and had no time frame for me. What a joke. I had a morning appt, view far could they have cotton backed up? At 10:00 they could have gave me a heads up that they were short macanics. I never ended up getting the inspection because of time. Totally unprofessional, like dealing with children. I'LL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN, AND I SUGGEST YOU DON'T EITHER.

  Well the guy was rude and very opinionated very distant like he didn't want me there offered to get my brakes and rotors done for $800 and I told him I could get them and could y'all do them he said no they do that everywhere else I was also charged full price for the inspection when it didn't pass inspection cause of my rotors and brakes which shouldn't had been a problem

  Refused to do my alignment because I was missing a front sway bar link. It has nothing to do with the alignment, yet the tech decided to say it won't sit right after the alignment, because he wanted to leave early and I was his last appointment for the day. Any excuse to get out of work Would pick 0 stars if I could. Waste of my time.

  Called and asked if they can replace an alternator, they said yes and that they would call me back “once they got into the office” (this was between 9-10am mind you) 5 days later and they never called me back, unprofessional.
