  Gordon definitely went above and beyond , whereas most mechanics would have given up. We were in a tough spot and he held our hand through the process. We’ve been coming here for years and will continue to bring all of our cars here in the future.

  My problem was diagnosed and fixed in a timely fashion!! The customer service is exceptional. I will be sure to continue coming to this location for service.

  Wow, Gordon and everyone here have been great. Each step of the way, from fitting me into their schedule understanding I travel for work... to a timely call back and very fair quote. Im very happy and relieved to be back on the road in such an efficient timeframe with confidence in thier having done a great job!

  Terrible service got confirmation that my car appointment was schedule for 10/11 had tires delivered to the shop 8/6 checked in by Charles. Called Monday was told my tires couldn't be located. Multiple calls later finally found when told I booked this appt due a trip they said to bring at 9 they asked when did I need it by i said 12 due to a appointment they said they couldn't get it done till 1 and they wouldnt be able to do the alignment was told they do not do online appointments even ask for the district manager was told corporate would give it to me do not recommend this plate
