  Worst experience ever. My unit doesn't work. Left me stranded the first 2 days. Third day it wouldn't work atl. Talked to call center for the 5th time. He said I had an a 5:45 appointment. Shop closes at 5. Only open one day a week. Had to tow truck $200, said I owed $75 for not blowing right. Gotta wait a week to get fixed. No way in hell I'm pa5that when it's there fault. Horrible. Week in jail was easier. Stay away!!!

  Worst company ever can't get them on the phone for hours and they will nickle and dime you to death. YOU BEEN WARNED

  Worse company I have EVER delt with!!!!! The Owner/Manager should not be allowed to do business anywhere in the USA!!!! The concept of interlock is great if used for the purpose to help NOT to control peoples lives. They are complete jokes to this entire process of getting people back out on the road safely! You may not have a choice but to have this interlock system, which is OK, but you DO have a choice on which company that provides you with the best service. I can promise you, using Monitech was the worst experience I have ever had!!! Bottom line, make better choices...DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!
