I am completely outraged by the lack of communication, explanation, and what a complete money racket this is.  Today Completely crossed the line as I was expressing my frustration, as no one could explain to me why I was here less than 20 days from my last appointment. I was here august 1,2024 and paid up until October so I would not have to come back . I received a text on august 19th stating i had an appt on August 21st, 2024 just 20 days from my last appt. I wasn’t prepared for the appt therefore was unable to take off of work on such short notice.  I called and expressed that and asked to speak to a supervisor to explain why I had the appt and never received a call back. I missed the appointment, Which resulted in a $45 fee. I rescheduled  the appointment for today, and the gentleman upfront stated that he was not sure why I was here, that I should not be here today, but he would go ahead of service me. That of course lead to me to the fact that if my appt today was from the rescheduled appointment from August 21 st, and if I shouldn’t be here, I shouldn’t have been here then, therefore shouldn’t have missed the appointment and had a $45 fee . While i was voicing my frustration, The Gentleman that works upfront proceeded to jump out of his chair and buck up at me as if I am a man, and tell me how “I was a 40 year old woman, and should know what my appointments are for.” My response to that is, It’s kind of hard to know what your appointments are for when the place that is scheduling you doesn’t even know what you’re there for. he said he had  “3 of me today,” and I guess he chose to take his frustrations out on the woman that he had in front of him. I was also charged For an appointment that I showed up for about a month ago, and he was not here for, and I had nobody call me to tell me that they would need to Reschedule. Another day off of work And money gone due to a lack of communication.  I am scheduling to have it uninstalled And going to another company. No one can ever tell you why they are charging you, why you are here and why you here. I understand it is supposed to be inconvenient, But there is inconvenient and then there is just taking advantage of. And that is exactly how I feel.   I have paid them over $600 this month and nobody can tell me why I have paid for half of it. Someone might want to have a talk with the gentleman that works the front desk that it is not appropriate in any situation to stand up face-to-face to a woman as if you were going to fight her.
