  Rip off, device gives false positives causing a fail then you have to call in an pay $45 for a code so you dont get locked out of your car. It makea no sense, you pay a monthly fee of 90 bucks but if you blow a false positive or forget to an arrival test you get locked out if you do not call and pay 45$ for code. I have to blow 2-3 times because the device doesnt work properly. I got a recall for fail to take arrival test but i knew i took it, it must been an invalid sample , device provlems cost me 45$ Money racket, i cantvafford this, thag 45bucks was for grocerys, if things arent expensive enough

  The place is a rip-off.. they put defective equipment in your car and make you pay for it... In extreme cold weather they don’t work properly and regardless they charge you even if you call and let them know that their equipment is having problems.. Talking to a management is “Mission impossible “..Employees that work there disrespectful and look forward to getting hung up...when ever a code pops up.. Get ready to Pay .. pay .. pay .. Regardless if the equipment is defective they’re going to say ..”oh well I’m sorry you’re still gonna have to pay”. Get ready to pay to be disrespected...
