- JHJuliza HernandezJun 21, 20251.0If I could leave ZERO stars I would.. totaled my car almost a month and a half ago and have since been BEGGING them to remove the interlock from the vehicle which is no longer even mine and has already been paid for by insurance (if that tells you how long I’ve been calling) already installed a SECOND device in a new vehicle because who has time to wait for a swap! Everytime I call monitech they can NEVER get a response via email or anyone on the phone at this location. Where’s management??? Where’s the techs??? Where’s the owner??? The one time a call center person did get ahold of someone named Seth, I was told I’d receive a call or text to follow up and was even given his number and told to reach out to him but it’s since been 3-4 days and still nothing!! Insurance is up my ass and here I am getting nothing but crickets! If you can drive to another location PLEASE SAFE YOURSELF THE TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE.
