  Having experience with 3 providers due to vehicles being hit and totaled, I can say without a doubt that Monitech is the most professional and courteous. They have made the last part of my unfortunate situation easier.

  I really appreciate the technician. for such a dreadful punishment he makes it a pleasure almost . Terrible wait times for the phone service though especially on Mondays but better on other days. Fairy upfront pricing so far.

  Horrible money racket.... was on hold for 30 minutes and have the screenshot of it.. machine defected and wouldnt accept the sample saying it was invalid almost causing me to have a car accident.. I have a pamphlet saying exactly what to do, and that is what I did, even after doing everything by the book I still get locked out of my vehicle. Now I have 3 days to get my vehicle there, having to lose a day of work to do so, and costing me 45 dollars JUST TO RESET IT? Wow, how is a scam like this legal?
