The fact that my son was on vacation and supposedly the battery ran down and locked him out even though he was out of the state abs his car was at home. He then faced unexpected fees that were totally unacceptable. His car was put in the shop to have new tires and Blacks tires called, was on hold over 10 minutes to talk to some one who was going to send a code for them to move the car and then was told to email which they did and no response or reply for 2 days. Customer Service to me receives a “F” grade

Exactly what A Grant said. Complete scam There is absolutely no customer service, they treat everyone horribly because they know you don't have a lot of options. Everytime their device fails and gives a false positive they charge you $35 and there's nothing you can do about it. When you show up for an "apointment" and are waiting for someone to acknowledge you're there you have to sit in their disgusting joke of a waiting room with a TV playing they annoyingly cuts out every five seconds. As soon as you walk in you know how much of a joke it is. If it were any other demographic there would be outrage but no one is going to stand up for a bunch of DUI offenders. I wouldn't be surprised if this company was started by some politician's cousin to rake in money. Court ordered scamming.
