Trevor is nice, polite, well communicated and a funny guy. You definitely will love the place. Oh! There is a dock station for easy loading and offloading prevented from rain.

- RFRobert FDec 10, 20131.0Horrible storage facility. When we moved in it was so dirty there was tons of dirt covering the whole floor. Took an hour each to clean out the units we were renting and many full dust pans. This was made even more difficult due to poor lighting. Complaint was met with terrible customer service. We figured oh well, good location. Now we had an issue because our bank changed our credit card number due to concern on their part stating it had been compromised so they sent us a new one in the mail. This process took awhile and wasn't fast enough. This storage company slapped is with 3 late fees, one for each unit with no warning, $45 total! We reminded them of the situation and were talked down to for being late despite our situation. They were exceptionally rude and disrespectful. We plan to move out ASAP to Sherlock as they are friendly, clean, and have excellent lighting. Location not as convenient but worth it considering how terrible this place is.
