  Jim and his team are top notch, professional, and genuine. Their presence in the wider Monroe/Trumbull/Newtown area is a blessing. We can't thank them enough for their honest, thorough, and efficient work, finished just before the Fourth of July. On Saturday, 6/16, we had a sudden backup. We called Mondo Septic on Sunday and left a message. On Monday, they fixed the problem and exposed a deteriorating septic tank--a real emergency with potentially tragic consequences. Without warning, a tank collapse could happen while I mowed, while my three kids played in the yard, or while our two golden retrievers just walked over it. In little time, and despite being booked through September, Jim pulled permits and drew up plans to follow the latest health department requirements. In a little over a week, his team--Josh, Chris, and Dan in particular--prepped the site, drained, crushed, and filled the old tank, installed the new tank, and replaced all inlet and outlet piping. Throughout the process, they were always willing to allay our worries. They even fixed some indoor plumbing and our invisible fence wire for us. With a nicely pitched yard and new seed, it's like nothing happened except some yard work. The price was reasonable as well. I can honestly say Mondo Septic is the most reliable service we've used for our home.

  My experience with Mondo has always been a terrific experience with something that has significant impact on any homeowner. My first experience was about 3 years ago where a couple of competitors had me building a new system the next day due the urgency of the need to fix my system. When I met with Jim the owner I will not forget his comment to me when asked what it will cost me he said, “well lets find out what the issue is before I give you quote”. Obviously, I liked that response to which we found that the urgency was not immediate in fact there was a fix that was also going to be usable in the long fix that was going to be needed in a couple of years. Fast forward a couple of years the long-term fix was required, and a new septic field was required. Jim and his qualified team did an excellent job from start to finish. I was impressed when Jim on my behalf met with the town and was able to have waived the town fees because when the house was built all the information was already available. All the Mondo team were professional as well as fully qualified in the roles they played. The last person the leave the job was the landscaper crew who treated my lawn as though it was their own which was a reflection on the Mondo team of all the crew is trained for doing a quality job. I give the strongest recommendation to Mondo to anyone who needs septic work in the Newtown and its surrounding areas.

  my septic was leaking. The state said i needed an engineered system. i call Mondo and they got the engineer to do up plans, removed old system,installed new approved system, seeded/strawed my lawn in only a few days from start to completion. the only long time it took was to get it approved from the state. i would and will recommend Mondo to anyone that asks me
