  I’ve been with Moncrief for a few years now and they are great. I typically have them perform a tune-up on my split system AC & furnace in the spring and fall. The technician, Derrick, as well as the rest of the staff, are courteous, polite, complete the work quickly, and answer any questions I had. Highly recommend them to anyone for HVAC service.

  I recently had the pleasure of meeting Michael when he came out to provide an estimate for replacing my HVAC equipment. From the moment he arrived, he carried himself with the utmost professionalism. He was incredibly patient, taking the time to thoroughly analyze my system and explain his recommendations in detail. I never felt rushed or pressured—just well-informed and confident in his expertise. Michael’s knowledge and attention to detail were impressive, but what stood out most was how approachable and personable he was throughout the entire process. He made what could have been a stressful experience genuinely enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who combines technical skill with such outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone in need of HVAC services. He is a true professional who clearly cares about doing right by his customers.

  We've used Moncrief for heating and air for over 25 years. Professional and thorough workmanship consistently. Johnathan Dominguez was our service tech for our HVAC fall check-up today--he did a great job. Very knowledgeable and efficient!

  Not please. Paid for two diagnostic fees only for my system to be in the same state and nothing fixed. Office then calls and says an additional 1.5k to actually begin parts and repair. Charged TWICE for diagnostic. Will not be using these guys. Nothing done and out over $300.

  Cesar and Jared did a fantastic job today, ensuring that my older HVAC unit was operating efficiently. They answered all my questions and gave good Advice on maximizing the lifetime of the heating and cooling units. I have definitely gotten my moneys worth by investing in this maintenance plan, and would certainly recommend it to anyone relying on older equipment.
