  Patrick did a thorough job checking my HVAC system during routine semi-annual maintenance check. Have used Moncrief for 3 years and so far no issues with them.

  The technician, Zaroh, did the annual inspection for our furnaces. I was impressed by his expertise and the knowledge he shared. He explained a couple of the tests he did (one for carbon monoxide which had never been done before, and the other which indicated a need to adjust the blower motor speed). I will ask for him by name the next time we need service!

  Jermaine, very nice young man. The replacement ceiling register installed last week blows air straight down on our heads at night. No adjustment corrects the issue. The original register directed air to the foot of the bed, over our heads. The new unit is so powerful we must cover our heads with the sheet. Can you please direct your team to restore the air flow direction with a different register?
