  When we first started going to Monarch they were wonderful and had some of the most knowledgeable and helpful staff I’ve encountered. In our most recent experience with them we tried to use their services again in 2024 and after 3 phone calls and scheduling, rescheduling, and eventual cancelation of our appointment we were left to seek services elsewhere. We were denied service which I find very odd for a business. We were not given any clear explanation as to why they would not see us again but the whole thing was very odd. We felt lied to and I assume it all came down to the money in the end. Nice people but our personal experience this past year was very sub par.

  We have gone to Serenity Almond at the Rockford office 2 years in a row. She is so kind and caring. Very patient in answering all of our questions and guided us to our best options with Medicare Supplements, part D drug plans, and Advantage plans. We couldn’t be more pleased with Monarch Solutions of Rockford, but especially with Serenity!
