I recently signed my lease for a new apartment, and I want to thank Traci and Wanda for making the entire process such a pleasant experience! From the very beginning, they were both so kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. It’s not often you come across a team that truly cares about helping people, but Traci and Wanda went above and beyond. I’m so excited to move in this December thanks to their outstanding service and support!
- MOMiglerde OrelienSep 10, 20251.0Whoever is managing this place is horrible!!! I already have a kitchen trash bin in my apartment and now they want us to put the bin inside the apartment. This trash service shouldn't been place in the first place. Now they want to fine us $75 for the trash bin being outside. Had no plan when they added this trash service to our lease. And did not give us a choice if we want trash service or not. The dumpster not too far from my apartment. Which I can take out my trash to the dumpster myself. Also, we are being charged for Pest control. And I have not seen anyone stop by for two months. They added parking fees for guest to spend the night. Which is only 15 guest parking in the community. Barely can find parking if you get home late. And if your guests do not park in a guest parking, they charge you a fee of $50. My sister been driving a family car since she got into a car wreck this year. And they won't let her register the car she is using currently. She is on the lease and has to pay guest parking every night because car does not register to her. She is using family car until she can save enough to get a new car but hard to save because she is spending money on guest parking every night. They don't care for her situation. Seem like they just making money out of the residents. I would not recommend moving to this Apartment and do not plan to renew lease next year. And the young girl that sit across from the front door in the office has a slick mouth. UPDATE! Leasing manger called me! Apparently, we've new staff at the office. This review was not directed to the new staff. I was asked kindly to remove my review, but I decide not to because I still feel like the trash valet and Guest parking is stupid. I am a mom of two. I go to bed early and leave my apartment rushing. The dumpster is right across from my apartment building. We should have a choice if we want this service or not. I would be communicating with the new staff if I have any issue, but my problem is still not solved.

- MSMatt ScarolaAug 19, 20255.0I used to live down the street at vue1400 and just visited Monaco Isles. I really liked the new manager Traci, she was great. The team there is doing a lot of work and the new unit renovations are super nice. Looking forward to being there.
