They make everything onsite, including sauces, pasta, and desserts, using classic Italian and family recipes. Realized when I got home that my specialty pizza had NO tomato sauce as it stated on the menu which made it dry with only cheese and the toppings. They opened for me as I arrived early,, very nice but I waited to get home and to find it missing the sauce. 😢
