My wife and I spent 1 night at the Mollie in late October. Management was nice enough to give us an upgrade to a suite which was incredible! The view from the patio was amazing. The breakfast and dinner were excellent at the hotel, and the staff was top notch! Carolina was especially very nice, and bilingual in Spanish as she is from Argentina (as are some of the other staff). Everyone we talked to there was very nice. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Aspen!

Mollie Aspen was super accommodating and their service has been some of the best I've seen recently. No problems at all! Some feedback from the stay would be the limited parking can be a problem, and the bed kind of sinks in if you are going to be sharing. The staff are super friendly and amazing, would stay again!

Beautiful hotel with a great staff. I really appreciated a more personal experience that made this feel like home or more of a B&B than hotel. Wonderful food, comfortable bedding, fun activities. Really enjoyed a gorgeous breakfast from the room overlooking the mountain each day. Looking forward to staying there again!

My 4-day stay at The Mollie Aspen was amazing! From Penny, Anna, Salvatore, and Magnus to the ladies at the front desk, every staff member went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. As a wheelchair-using veteran, I appreciated the thoughtful accessibility — the roll-in shower, balcony access, and lowered bed were perfect. I suggested a few small tweaks (like removing the rug under the bed and rearranging some lobby furniture near the back entrance), and the staff received them with enthusiasm and care. The food, ambiance, and service were top-notch, creating a relaxing and inclusive experience. I truly felt pampered and respected — something we wheelchair-using veterans don’t often get. I’ll definitely be back and look forward to the restaurant renovation Anna and Penny mentioned. Thank you, Mollie team, for making Aspen feel like home!

After reading the glowing reviews of the Mollie hotel, we were excited to stay here as we were eloping in Aspen. We wrote of the special occasion we were celebrating in the notes and my now husband let the staff know when speaking on the phone.
After staying for 2 nights we had an okay experience. The hotel is beautiful and in a prime location. We stayed in the corner king unit and it was spacious.
Upon arrival, we arrived before checkin so we waited in the lobby. Upon getting the keys, the employee handed it over without an intro of where everything was. I was confused as they refer to a ‘spa pool’ but there was only a hot tub (no pool). The hotel instructions said to use the tablet to reach them but there wasn’t a tablet in our room - we ended up texting them. I requested some products, but got half of what I needed.
It’s nice they have 4 complimentary e-bikes. When my husband and I used them, we had to turn back around to get a new one since the back tire was flat. The second bike we got didn’t have the battery in it so that was a bummer.
Things we did enjoy was the turndown service where they left some cookies. We received a note and dessert waiting for us when we got to our room. For being a boutique hotel, we expected more. I’d definitely consider a different hotel when I’m back in the area.

What are my airport transportation options?
MOLLIE Aspen offers complimentary airport transportation to and from Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE).
To book your arrival: Please text your travel details (flight number, arrival time, and number of guests) to (970) 499-1965 before you land. Once you’ve arrived at ASE, head to the courtesy transportation area outside the terminal and look for an olive-colored MOLLIE vehicle.
For your departure: Transfers must be booked in advance and depart on the hour and half-hour. We recommend a departure time 90 minutes to 2 hours prior to your flight.
What are my valet parking options?
Valet parking is available for $60 per night. Valet spaces are located in the lot behind the hotel, as space allows, and on the street surrounding the hotel.

What are my self-parking options?
MOLLIE is surrounded by several Residential Parking Zones. Parking in Residential Zones is $8 per day. You must move your vehicle every 72 Hours, or you will be subject to a tow. All day passes can be purchased using Text2Park, a pay station, or the PayByPhone app.
Two hours of FREE parking per day is available in Residential Parking Zones. No re-parking is permitted. One visit per residential zone, per day.
Parking in Residential Zones is FREE between 6:00 PM – 9:59 AM nightly (watch signs for exclusions), and FREE on Saturdays, Sundays & Qualifying Holidays*
Covered parking is available at the Rio Grande Parking Plaza located at 427 Rio Grande Place at $12 per day. From Main Street, turn north on Mill Street and travel one block. Turn east on Rio Grande Place and the garage is located on the south side of the street.
Is there electric vehicle charging?

The City of Aspen currently offers 15 EV charging stations across the city, including 11 Level 2 stations and 4 DC fast charging (Level 3) stations totaling 25 plugs.
Does MOLLIE offer local shuttles?
Yes. You can seamlessly explore Aspen with MOLLIE’s complimentary transportation services. Enjoy rides throughout downtown Aspen and to the Aspen Mountain Gondola. During ski season, we also offer one complimentary shuttle per day to and from Aspen Highlands and Buttermilk. Seating is limited and advance reservations are highly encouraged, so please share your travel and transportation plans with us in advance to ensure a seamless experience.
MOLLIE is also conveniently located across the street from the Roaring Fork Transportation Authority (RFTA) bus stop at Paepcke Park. Buses to all four mountain bases, including the Maroon Bells Welcome Center, are frequent and free.
Does MOLLIE offer private transportation?

Does MOLLIE have electric bicycles?
MOLLIE has a fleet of Bluejay Premiere Edition electric bicycles available for guest use during the summer and early fall seasons. These bikes are not available during the winter season. Complimentary two-hour Bluejay bike rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis and can be arranged at the front desk.
Does the hotel have a fitness room?
MOLLIE Aspen’s Fitness Room features a Peloton bike, and TechnoGym treadmill, free weights and conditioning equipment.
Does the hotel have a retail shop?
MOLLIE’s lobby retail boutique features a curated selection of apparel, small accessories, home goods, wellness products, and travel and tech essentials from an international collection of brands that share the hotel’s consideration for design and understated luxury.

Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome at MOLLIE. There is a $50 fee per night, capped at a maximum of $150 per stay. One dog is permitted per room and never to be left in the room unattended. Snug Rooms are not recommended for pets. Please reach out to us in advance if you are planning on bringing your four-legged companion.
Can I rent venues?
MOLLIE offers dedicated meeting space for up to 40 people and private receptions and events for up to 100 people. Please contact our Sales team for more information.
What is the minimum age required to check-in?
You must be 18 or older to book a room and check in. For security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID and a credit card at check-in.
Why is there a hold on my credit card?
Your credit card will be authorized for $100 per night at check-in to cover incidental charges. Any unused funds will be released by the hotel at check-out. Depending on your bank’s processing speed, the funds will be returned to your card within one to five business days. Please note that this may take longer for international cards outside of North America.
Are there any additional fees I should know about?
All reservations are subject to a $50 daily resort fee.
What time can I check-in?
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM MST. Early arrivals are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If you anticipate arriving before 4:00 PM MST, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
When do I need to check-out?
Check-out time is before 11:00 AM MST. Late check-outs are subject to availability and must be arranged with the Front Desk the evening prior to your departure. Departures after 12:00 PM MST may be available for an additional fee.

Can I smoke in my room or on the hotel grounds?
MOLLIE is a smoke-free hotel. Smoking is prohibited on hotel grounds and within 40 feet of the hotel. Violators may be subject to a disturbance fee. Smoking in guest rooms is strictly prohibited and will result in a $750.00 cleaning charge.
