    Reached out to them to clean an ice machine in a memory care unit at home care facility. They came to clean it and not only was the person who came intoxicated of some sort but ended up breaking our ice machine before they left. We reached out to them to correct their mistake and they said they were not responsible for that. We have multiple staff members that can attest to the functionality of the working ice machine before it was serviced. We are now being told that they will not fix their mistake and we need a whole ice machine all together. Over all it is upsetting that someone would not want to fix their mistakes especially when dealing with such a delicate population. I will no longer use them and will no longer suggest them due the fact that they came in high, broke our stuff, then blamed us. I just wish they would take accountability for their actions since it is effecting the elderly.

    Tony, one of their experts has exceeded all of my expectations! They have top-notch customer service! Mohoric Refrigeration was quick to respond ( within a couple of hours) , fixed the problem with my unit and followed up with two phone calls to check in on the unit.
