  We were in desperate need when our sewer line backed up. Other places weren't going to be able to get to us until next week. Troy and Keith were on site within an hour of our call. They worked to get us unclogged and cleaned up quickly and courteously. We may have had to close our youth camp early if not for them. I cannot recommend them more. Hopefully we don't have plumbing needs in our near future, but if we do we will definitely be using Modley's again.

  DO NOT USE!!!!! I had a warranty with A O Smith for my hot water heater. We called Modleys and they said they accept the Auth code for the diagnosis labor. It took several days of phone tag with Troy to get them to come out. He finally scheduled, then rescheduled. When he sent his technicians, out they were on my property for MAYBE a total of 30 minutes, and that's being generous, just to tell me the hot water heater needed replaced. The tech left his tools in the apartment and had to come back. They charged $291.50 for 2 & 1/2 hours of labor. Claiming it took too long for us to let them in. The water heater wasn't replaced by them, we installed the new one, and it was still under warranty. Seems like over charging is a habit Modleys has as Lisa had the same issue in her review a few months ago.

  Business in my area has been backed up, but they made it a priority to get to my house as soon as possible and fix three issues with the bathrooms. They made quick work of it, and fixed the issue for under half of another estimate I had received. If you need plumbing work, put these guys at the front of the list and forget about the rest.

  Didn’t do what we requested, sink drain leaks now (didn’t before they touched it). Can’t even do a decent job caulking around the sink. Paid them $265, very disappointed... will find a professional to come back and actually fix things....owner of the business came back to supposedly fix the leak it is actually worse now and has ruined the floor of our sink cabinet. While he was here he yelled & swore at us multiple times which we have on video. Two-year-old stroke tenter tantrum‘s not grown men. Would never hire any so clean professional that swears and yells at their customers and then makes a problem worse than it was before. We have reported his company to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT HIRE!!!
