First,John kept my 2024 Ram truck for seven days for a repair that should have been done in a few hours. Then got so difficult and out of his league that he decided to try to hide his mistake adding a cheap trim to the tailgate as you can see on the pictures and even adding electric tape to finish. After I uncovered this catastrophe I decided to call Stenson from Pioneer Dent removal for a second opinion and we discovered that John cracked the paint on the tailgate and now it has to be taken to a body shop. I paid John from Modern pointless $600 for a job that he assured me it was going to be perfection. All I wanted was for him to do the right thing and refund the money and he Didn’t. Please do your homework before you bring your vehicle to John at Modern Paintless Dent Removal. I encourage people from now on To call Pioneer Dent Removal. I included their business card They are mobile and very Professional.
