I had my stuff moved by this company in October 2024 in conjunction with my retirement move. I understand that sometimes the military doesn't get the best moving companies to move our household goods. They did leave some items behind, but I didn't make a big deal about it since it was a local move. The issue I have is that even though I had my stuff moved locally, they still managed to damage some of my household goods. Again, not a huge deal as I have moved a bunch during my career and I know to just file the claim for damages. The issue that I have is that they do not want to process my claim. I initiated my claim in November 2024 with Wendy. I provided my documents, photos, and everything that was needed after her initial review on 3 January 2025. Mind you, it took her almost the entire month of December to review my claim. I have called this place weekly, and emailed Wendy, with no response. I am almost on month 3 of trying to close out my claim after providing everything that was asked for. Wendy somehow gets a paycheck for never being at work! Then I ask for her supervisor and go figure, she is her own supervisor. I have asked for the supervisor over her and they have been on "vacation" for over 3 weeks now. It's to the point that I have to rotate the numbers I call from because they don't answer when I call from my cell phone. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially military movers. I have also filed a complaint with JPPSO and the Transportation Office to have them removed as a company used for military moves. I hope at some point I will get reimbursed for the things their movers damaged.
