  I had a two-hour phone call with Coach Dennis and walked away with clarity, strategy, and respect for the way he shows up. He’s the real deal, not just in martial arts, but in business and life. You can tell right away he cares. He listens, gives real insight, and doesn't hold back. Over time, I’ve followed his content and consistently seen that he walks his talk. No ego, just experience and authenticity. If you’re thinking about working with him or even just booking a call,do it. Talk with him for five minutes and you’ll feel the connection and the value he brings.

  I highly recommend this program. Coach Stoika is a great motivator. Everyone participates at their own level but are constantly challenged to excel. The quality of instruction and range of material is superb. Every class is different and a fresh experience, building on fundamentals, constantly working to more advanced material. The combination of curriculum and fitness is excellent.
