    Heartless and Greedy. I was told that my 2013 Chevy Volt with 60k miles was unfixable. They charged me $165 to run a diagnostic on the battery. Probably 10 minutes. Dan O says "I got to pay my guys." Sure I just lost my most expensive vehicle. I bet they all drive $60k trucks. Nine months earlier they tried to gouge my insurance company to repair minor front end damage. The quote was $7500 for a <5mph accident. This caused the insurance to declare it a total loss. I couldn't afford to buy another car so I bought it outright. I replaced the headlight. We left the cracked grill and dented hood. My other car is a 2000 Honda Accord with 233k miles. I'll never buy anything but Japanese cars from here on out. I learned my lesson.

    I was made welcome, kept up to date on my vehicle, and told what was needed to fix the problem. Since my vehicle was still under warranty, repairs cost nothing.
