  Extremely unprofessional. Lacks transparency through entire process. Poor communication and can’t remember anything. Their disorganization wastes time and resources. Would never use them again or recommend them.

  Last year, I had Mod-Tech Homes design, build and install an addition to my home. The design work was done in-house by Mod-Tech Homes’ experienced team, and the addition was customized to my exact specifications. The result was a durable, energy-efficient, and luxurious addition that perfectly matched my existing home. Overall, I had a great experience working with Mod-Tech Homes and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality modular addition.

  I would like to write about my experiences in building a modular home with Mod-Tech. It was very positive, filled with obstacles from other influences and resulted in a very comfortable home. The Design was completed through initial concept, initial design, regulatory boards and final design. Construction was completed efficiently. All changes needed during construction were handled smoothly. All finish work was completed by the Company. They also supported obtaining all occupancy permits. There have been small issues that have come up, as can be expected with any new home. The Company has been very supportive fixing the problems. The response is very quick. I would like to recommend using Mod-Tech to build a new home. They are very capable from initial planning, design development, construction and final occupancy.

  Mod-Tech Homes really is a great company, not only the work they do but how they work. There I a passion and love behind what they do. Our home recently burned down and they were so empathetic and sincere in what they can do for us. The teams communication with each other and us was great , we always had an open communication and we could always reach them when we had a question. They made great recommendations and the process was easy and fun. The team specifically kept us in a positive mind set reminding us of how even though we lost everything in the fire, we would have a beautiful new home at the end of it all. This helped us mentally as losing everything isn't easy. Mod Tech is not only professional but they care and that's very important to us.
