  Lori and her team were incredible. They went above and beyond to help me through my home improvement project. Since this was my first time taking on something like this, I had tons of questions—probably hundreds! But every single time, they were patient, kind, and full of great advice. The entire staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to make sure I had everything I needed to succeed. Their support made the process so much easier and less overwhelming. I’m beyond grateful for their guidance, kindness, and expertise. Huge thanks to this location, company, and—most of all—the amazing people who made this experience so positive!
