After the installation we thought some of the windows were defective and so did Mr..Johnston, this was in March. We could not get a call back from him. BOB who works at Mobile Home Depot offered to come over on his day off and check out the issue. He successfully identified and solved the problem, and would not accept payment for this act of kindness. We are so thankful for him and will continue to do business there of course.

When I found it on the spools in the back and I told him I needed 50', he looked at me and said "I don't know that there's 50' there. There might be, but I don't want to measure it if there's not enough." I'm sorry but I thought your business was to sell screen. I will take my business elsewhere.
