You're eligible if 18 months have passed since your last eligible violation date. If you're unsure, your assigned traffic court can provide guidance on your eligibility.
Is california traffic school online or in-person?
MM Traffic School offers both options. We provide a fully online course and in-person classes at our San Diego office. Additionally, we can mail course materials to you if preferred.
What happens if i fail the final exam?
You have two attempts to pass the final exam. If you're unsuccessful in both attempts, you'll need to re-enroll and retake the course. It's worth noting that 99.5% of our students successfully pass the exam.
What's the deadline to finish traffic school after my ticket?
Typically, you have between 60 to 90 days from the date you pay your fine and traffic school fee to complete the course. This timeframe may vary, so it's best to confirm with your specific court.
Who sends my traffic school certificate to the court or dmv?
MM Traffic School directly submits your certificate to the California DMV. The DMV then reports this information to your respective court, ensuring all necessary parties are informed of your course completion.
How much does traffic school cost in california?
The fee for MM Traffic School is $19.95. Please note that your court will charge an additional administrative fee separate from our course cost.

Traffic school serves to mask the point on your driving record. It doesn't reduce your fine. You're still required to pay both the fine and the traffic school fee.
