  Sadly Attorney Mittelstaedt was appointed by the Court to become my dear elderly Aunt's, Estate Attorney, in 2018. We never heard from him, he never returned our phone calls, he never returned my Aunt's phone calls, he never returned the Nursing Homes phone calls.. The Nursing home had to take him to Court a few times, he didn't take care of my Aunt's or pay her bills..The grass was never cut, he withdrew both of my Aunt's large savings account, he let my Aunt's house go into Forclosure, he emptied out all the contents of my Aunt's house, she lived there 60+ years, we don't know where or what happened to anything inside her home..heartbreaking for this to happen to a family member!! Research Predatory Attorneys!They have a method of operation! My poor Aunt passed this year, Mittelstaedt never called us after she fell and broke her hip in Nursing Home..This type of Attorney doesn't care at all about your loved one..
